The E Portal system will launch from January 

National highway and state toll gate will supervise vehicle documents from January 1 that is Declared by the STA joint commissioner Dipti  Ranjan Patra.By this process vehicle documents will be inquired properly. Those that have a default in their documents can be penalized.Those vehicles have no insurance,fitness  and registration documents a penalty notification will be sent to the vehicle owner.A E-Detection Portal system will be start by the state government very soon.By the process without documents vehicle's will mark immediately and its report will send to the transport department. Then the transport department will notify the vehicle owners and a penalty will be collected .
