Due to negligence in the treatment of a domestic dog,her family members filed an affair in his near thana.This case happened in odisha Ganjam district Bhanjanagar thana under jilundi village. A villager named Ganapati dakua and her wife Savitri kept one domestic  dog for the last four years like her son.When their dog died,they frustrated a file a case against Bhanjanagar veterinary doctor.Ganapati and his wife Savitri lost their only son due to brain malaria,when he was twelve years age.For this reason they treated the dog as their son and named as Dugu.Due to illness,they have done their treatment near Bhanjanagar veterinary hospital. But due to wrong treatment ,their domestic dog Dugu was dead after some time when they left the hospital.When Ganapati and his family contacted Bhanjanagar veterinary hospital, they couldn't get any satisfactory answer from the medical doctor. After that Ganapati filed a case against Bhanjanagar doctor regarding his dog's death.By losing  their dog Ganapati and his wife Savitri daughter Santorini have demanded appropriate actions against the doctor for their dogs death negligence.
